Accelerating Industrial AI with Intel® Core™ Ultra Series

Built around the Intel® Core™ Ultra desktop processor (Series 2), this platform brings higher efficiency, stronger performance, and expanded connectivity to industrial and edge applications. This new architecture reduces package power by up to 58% in typical workloads, enabling IPC and embedded system developers to build more energy-efficient, thermally optimized, and reliable products for space-constrained and demanding environments. At the same time, performance improves over the previous generation, with up to 6% faster single-thread and up to 14% faster multi-thread performance to support real-time control, edge analytics, and multi-tasking workloads. Furthermore, the Intel® 800 Series chipset extends platform compatibility with up to 24 PCIe 4.0 lanes, 8 SATA 3.0 ports, and 10 USB 3.2 ports, empowering industrial systems with superior scalability for I/O expansion, storage, and diverse connectivity.

 

Micro-ATX for High-Performance Automation

GIGAIPC uATX-Q870A is engineered for industrial automation in modern factory environments and other edge applications. Designed for both performance and flexibility, uATX-Q870A provides multiple display outputs, 4 2.5GbE Lan ports, and a huge 16 USB and 4 COM ports to support diverse deployment requirements. It features an integrated AI NPU with up to 13 TOPS, and overall AI performance can be scaled up to 32 TOPS. With strong system scalability, it’s well suited for demanding applications such as high-end AOI, machine learning, AGVs, AMRs, and remote management.

 

Mini-ITX and Thin Mini-ITX for Space-Constrained Edge Applications

For space-constrained deployments, GIGAIPC mITX-Q870A, mITX-H810E, and iTXL-H810A offer compact and practical platforms for a wide range of embedded and edge applications. With their small footprint, image processing capability, and rich I/O design, these boards are ideal for retail, medical, NVR, and IoT-driven applications such as self-service kiosks, vending machines, multimedia players, and all-in-one PC.

Among them, mITX-Q870A supports 4 independent display outputs, including HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1, USB Type-C, and LVDS, making it well suited for multi-display visual applications. mITX-H810E delivers flexible connectivity with 1 2.5GbE LAN port, 1GbE LAN port, and 6 COM ports for peripheral integration. Meanwhile, iTXL-H810A features a slimmer design and eight USB ports, enabling seamless connection to sensors, cameras, and other devices for interactive system solutions.
