Design Quality Assurance Management (DQA)
Design Quality Assurance starts at the initial product development stage and covers all the development phases of the project to ensure that products meet the requirements of CE/ FCC/ CB standards. All GIGAIPC products go through an entire functionality, compatibility and performance tests, therefore our customers can always expect to acquire consistently high-quality products.
Manufacturing Quality Assurance Management (MQA)
GIGAIPC Manufacturing Quality Assurance activities consolidate on our manufacturing facilities and executed by Quality Assurance Management Department. Our MQA is carried out by:
In the manufacturing and assembling processes GIGAIPC applies the Total Quality Control (TQC) program, which includes Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control(IPQC) and a Final Quality Control (FQC). During these programs execution, production and quality testing applied on equipment in a static-free environment. Periodic and regular facilities calibration, human resource training and auditing are rigorously implemented in all the above processes to ensure that the customers’ requirements and quality standards are met.
Preservation of Global Environment
It was always a cornerstone for GIGAIPC to minimize business impact on the environment and improving the efficiency of the manufacturing facilities. To follow this directive by committing to compliance with the European Union policy: “RoHS” (Restriction on Use of Hazardous Substance in Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
The RoHS directive took effect on 1 July 2006, and to follow, GIGAIPC has restricted usage of Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI), Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB), Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE), Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).
