GIGAIPC Begins Trading on the Taipei Exchange Emerging Stock Board

GIGAIPC Co., Ltd. (stock code:7939) began trading on the Taipei Exchange’s Emerging Stock Board on July 27, 2026, marking an important milestone in the company’s development and entry into the capital markets. GIGAIPC is an associate company of the GIGABYTE Group, specializing in industrial motherboards, embedded systems, Edge AI computing platforms, and application-oriented solutions for smart retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and other industrial markets. In 2025, revenue reached NT$1.862 billion, driven by higher shipment volumes from existing projects and the launch of new programs. Net income totaled NT$158 million, with earnings per share of NT$9.69. Revenue recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23.4% over the past five years.

Through collaboration with distributors and system integrators, GIGAIPC provides a diverse range of solutions for different application and deployment requirements. Since its establishment in December 2017, GIGAIPC has broadened its product portfolio and expanded into Edge AI. Its products are built on leading computing platforms, including NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin™, Intel® Core™ Ultra processors, and AMD Ryzen™ processors. Target applications include smart warehousing, automated guided vehicle (AGV) and autonomous mobile robot (AMR) systems, automated optical inspection (AOI), automation control, retail terminals, and medical equipment.
